Visa

In keeping with its reciprocity policy, Brazil requires entry visas from the citizens of countries that require visas for Brazilians. The most common cases are travelers from the United States and Canada, who may obtain their visas via mail or at the closest Brazilian consulate or embassy after filling out an online form and paying the relevant fees. Citizens from the European Union, Russia, Mercosur (various South American countries), and Great Britain, among others, do not need a visa.
